had a fun weekend: I 'fixed' the toilet, but the new hose didn't work out because it needed a washer, even though it said it didnt need a washer. Bastard. So I took the new hose off and put the old one back on and all was well.

 Best story ever: so on sunday our neighbor shows up and goes 'surprise, you've been voted in the club!' we were like 'what?!'. Well, the week before a different neighbor invited us over for dinner and it turns out we were AUDITIONING for the weekly neighborhood dinner party. haha. Neighbors are weird.
